Changing Education From The Inside Out

In the past several years, education has become a moving target. After all, how do you prepare children for a world that’s changing every day? Simple: change with it. Take nothing for granted. Challenge convention. Be bold. And never forget that you might just have the most important job in the whole world. At least, that’s our perspective. And from this perspective, we’ve already seen tremendous potential. We’ve seen test scores increase dramatically. And we’ve seen the future of an entire generation get a whole lot brighter. Because we’re not just bringing new technologies and new methodologies into the classroom—we’re bringing new hope to it.

Regional Universities - Request For Proposals

Jacksonville State University is in the process of recruiting six regional universities to participate in their Investing in Innovation (i3) validation grant. This work will involve each university partnering with approximately 10 schools (8th-12th grades) that are primarily rural and high need. These schools will then participate in the national study of teachers and their classrooms for a randomized controlled trial comprised of approximately 40 treatment teachers and 40 control group teachers.
